Session 1- Aug. 9th, 6-7pm What is meditation. Why we ‘think’ we cannot do it. The substantial cause of stress.

Session 2- Aug. 16th, 6-7 pm Understanding the ancestral mind. Why it is a great servant yet horrible master.

Session 3- Aug. 17th, 6-7 pm Understanding the nature of our minds. Gaining insight to have executive authority over the mind.

Session 4- Aug. 18th, 6-7 pm Learning how you and all sentient beings desire to be free of suffering. How to achieve this (experiencing and directing consciousness).
